2. Bronzed and Protected: Yes, after sunscreen, I embrace tanning lotion. There are fabulous bronzing sprays with SPF 30 that I adore. Achieve a golden glow before hitting the sand by applying it strategically alongside regular sunscreen.

3. Zip-Lock Wonder: A reusable bag is a game-changer! I stash my lotions, sprays, chapstick, hair ties, and cleaning wipes in a zip-lock bag. It doubles as an emergency trash can or a wet swimsuit bag if the need arises.

4. Headgear Haven: Opt for a visor with an extra-large brim or an adjustable hat to keep headaches at bay. The visor allows my hair to flow freely, while the hat provides extra shade.

5. Terrific Towels: I've learned that bigger isn't always better when it comes to towels. I stick to smaller, lightweight towels, and the new microfiber ones are perfect for easy packing and efficient drying.

6. Sarong Sensibility: A sarong or cover-up is a must-have for quick trips, bathroom breaks, or heading home. Mine pulls double duty as a second towel or a lightweight cover for areas I want to shield from the sun.

7. Beach Bag Bliss: Opt for a practical, lightweight, and easy-to-clean beach bag. The bigger, the better, allowing me to toss everything into one bag for convenient carrying. 

8. Chilled Hydration: An insulated water bottle is non-negotiable. I prefer ones that keep my drinks cold all day, allowing me to add ice or refill as needed. Storing my favorite beverage in a mason jar with ice in the cooler saves money, time, and ensures I always have my preferred drink on hand.

9. Cooler Comfort: A lightweight, insulated cooler bag is a game-changer for snacks and cold drinks. I opt for a material-insulated bag over a heavy plastic cooler for ease of carrying. Lining it with lightweight ice packs ensures a refreshing cooldown for my beach treats.
