How do I return or exchange my order?

We accept bikinis purchased in new condition with tags and liners in tact for a return within 14 days. Return shipping is at customer expense. 

Please note sale items/discounted items are final sale are not eligible for return.

For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear.

Return Requirements that must be met:

  • Unworn items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
  • Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place/never removed
  • All hang tags attached, and must be in perfect resale condition
  • Unworn items must be returned in original Coco Brazil resuable zip bags.

ATTENTION: Products that do not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted as an exchange or return and will automatically be sent back to the address of origin without prior consultation and with freight
charges. We have this policy in place to ensure our products are of the highest standards for our customers.

Orders can be returned within 14 days.

  • Email our customer service team to initiate the process with your order number and request for a return or exchange for another size.
  • Carefully seal the package in the reusable poly mailer. The address for the return will be provided by email.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.

Are there any shipping costs?

For orders under $190. the shipping fees will be applied to your order.
Coco Brazil offers FREE shipping on all orders over $190.

Can I still change my order?

Generally we are unable to make manual changes, however if the order has not been shipped it may be possible. We process orders quickly, so changes cannot always be accommodated. Please immediately contact our customer service team with your change request details included in the email.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you an email with your tracking number.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the tracking number is available.

Do not see your size available?

What if an item I am interested in is out of stock in my size?

All current season items are restocked throughout the year.

You can register for immediate email notifications of a restock on of the item you are interested in. 

Due to the popularity of certain styles, we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange. We cannot set items aside for exchange.

Where are Coco items designed and manufactured?

Coco Brazil is developed in California with our dedicated design team and produced in Brazil by our manufacturer team.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember.
